Shipping policy


Although most packages are shipped same to next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. 

We are not responsible for packages damaged during transit. 

We offer ROUTE insurance for all packages and strongly encourage you to add this to your cart during checkout to ensure coverage in the event something happens to your package once it leaves our facility. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses being entered during checkout. The customer can intercept a package on their behalf at USPS/Intercept Package, or on Fedex website. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working once shipping confirmation is emailed.


•STANDARD USPS SHIPPING - transit time is 1-5 business days within the continental United States not including holidays. Most items arrive 2-3 days once shipped - orders typically ship within 24-48 hours (not including weekends or holidays).

• FEDEX EXPRESS SHIPPING - Typically 2/3 full business days within the continental United States not including holidays, on all orders $50+, (except for P.O Boxes and Internationals shipments; FEDEX does not delivery One Rate packages to either).

• RUSH ORDER- This option is available to you on the website as an item added to your cart. This option will ensure your package is first to fulfill and will ship with FEDEX  EXPRESS Shipping.

• SHIPPING UPGRADES- The option to upgrade your shipping from first-class USPS can also be found during the checkout process. Insurance is added or included on all packages.

We do not ship on the weekends. 

Shipping International is a flat rate to most countries. If it does not automatically populate during your checkout process please contact us for further assistance.


The buyer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, and will not refund/replace items. Any questions regarding tracking of your package should be directed to your local post office as we have no control over shipments once they're out of our hands. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
