COVID-19 Policy 

Due to COVID-19 all shipping suppliers are experiencing delays and challenges. Because of this the 2-day Express shipping might take 2-5 days, depending on your addresses proximity to a "red-zone." Additionally, Fedex has created a 7-day threshold on any missing packages. 

We strongly encourage you to use the ROUTE insurance option on your orders.

Although most packages are shipped same to next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working once shipping confirmation is emailed.

All shipping is processed through FEDEX 2-day Express, except:

1. All PO Boxes are shipped USPS priority mail

2. International orders are shipped USPS priority mail

• RUSH ORDER- This option is available to you on the website as an item added to your cart. This option will ensure your package is first to fulfill and will ship with FEDEX 2-DAY EXPRESS Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping International is a USPS Priority Mail service. FEDEX does not offer 2-day express shipping. If it does not automatically populate during your checkout process please contact us for further assistance. 

SHIPPING INFO:

The buyer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, and will not refund/replace items. Any questions regarding tracking of your package should be directed to your local post office as we have no control over shipments once they're out of our hands. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
